John Terry charged by the FA

The Football Association has confirmed that it has charged
John Terry in relation to an incident involving Anton Ferdinand
in October last year.
The Chelsea captain was found not guilty of a racially
aggravated public order offence following a four-day hearing
at Westminster Magistrates' Court earlier this month.
An FA statement said: "This charge is the result of The FA's
long-standing enquiries into this matter, which were placed on
hold pending the outcome of the criminal trial, and relates to
rules governing football only."

  2. i hope it won't be like the former governors case. Where he was free of allegations in his country then indicted of same offense in another country...2 competent court sittings on the same case.
