Tom Cruise 'Feeling Good' After Split With Katie Holmes

Tom Cruise has opened up about his shock
divorce with Katie Holmes, announcing that
he is feeling "good".
The Top Gun star's head has been in a spin
recently following the surprise split.
But it looked like he didn't have a care in
the world when he stepped out in Malibu
this week, telling TMZ.com photographers
after they asked how he was: " I'm good."
He was spotted in white T-shirt and jeans
with his trademark pair of aviators.
Cruise has been busy despite the split,
finishing work on sci-fi blockbuster Oblivion.
And he's also looking for a house in New
York so he can be close to his six-year-old
daughter Suri, who lives in the city with her
actress mother.
Cruise still has a base in Beverly Hills,
which he shares with his two other children
- Isabella, 19, and 17-year-old Connor but he
also wants a New York property after he
was granted visitation rights following their
relatively quick divorce.
Meanwhile, Holmes has cancelled her first
planned public appearance since filing for
divorce- she was due to walk the red carpet
at an lavish event for her Dizzy Feet
Foundation last night, but her rep
announced she couldn't make it.
