Man in court over disappearance of his sex organ

Abuja – The police on Wednesday arraigned
Haruna Isah of Area 1, Section 1, Garki,
Abuja, before an Upper Area Court in Karu,
for alleged false information on
disappearance his sex organ.
Isah is standing trial on a three-count charge
of giving false information, defamation and
criminal assault of one Abubakar Lamidi of
Area 1, Section 1, Garki, Abuja.
Prosecutor Mohammed Garba told the court
that Lamidi reported on July 24 that Isah
accused him of stealing his sex organ.
He said the accused made the allegation
when the complainant was waiting for his
friend at Area 1 and added that Isa called his
friends and they beat up Lamidi and his
friend.
“The complainant’s cell phone, valued at N120, 000 and a cash of N18, 500 were allegedly
removed from his pocket.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
The presiding judge, Umar Kalgo, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N50,000 with one
surety, who must reside within the jurisdiction of the court.
Kalgo adjourned the case to Oct. 10 for continuation. (NAN)::::::
